Visual C++ for Linux

Hi,

I was developed a project in VC++ 2012 on Windows Platform (Used MySQL Database, CPropertySheet , CPropertyPage, Serial Communication, Chat,etc..) . It was running good.

I like to run the same application on Linux. Is possible?
