Does anyone have the Detours express 2.1 from Microsoft?

I want it to test the FVM project

I find it really interesting.
Because it might help me do what I want to achieve.

But the problem is I can't find the Detour Express 2.1 library anymore on the web....

Could anyone who has it share me a copy? on some Cloud shares?
