Establishing non-definable functions and for statement in functions

Hi. I know the title sounds weird, but I need to know if there is a method of declaring a function if it's simply being used to display a string of text. There's only a cout statement, no variables are needed for declaration. Also, this entire function needs to work on a loop. Is there some method of getting the loop to work even though it's broken up by all these functions? Thank you.myultimatelab.cpp
