I tried to download VS 2010. I went to the site:

and it downloaded an executable:
vs_ultimate_download
When i ran it, it downloaded some stuff: tuneup utilities-Start Centre. But I cant find vs-2013. I restarted my computer again but nothing happened. Plz guide me how to install VS-2013.
